From simple low cost PCB design, to full production products, most projects are considered.
Project design process:
1: Discuss and confirm the project output and deliverable products.
2: Prototyping and software development - typically based on PIC family microcontrollers - all code written in C.
3: PCB design on CAD.
4: PCB Manufacturing - inhouse for fast turn-around using either chemical etching (surface mount PCBS) or CNC milling (Thru-hole / single sided). More complex and intricate board manufacture is out-sourced.
5: PCB circuit assembly is done in-house with professional soldering capability (down to 0402 smd and 0.4mm lead pitch).
6: In Circuit Programming (ICSP) of micro-controller code.
7: Testing and de-bugging of circuit functionality.
8: EMC Pre-compliance testing, with usual fixes as required..
